Roles

Initially, all channel members receive karma. However, Owners and Admins have the ability to revoke karma from specific employees. To do this, they can simply leave the checkbox empty for the desired users and apply the changes.

Admins and Owners possess access to the Roles tab and are capable of implementing changes in line with their designated roles. When you grant users the Moderation permission, they gain access to the Roles tab as well. Be sure to reflect this adjustment in the Permissions settings as well.

Roles and their abilities

Owner

The Owner holds the highest role, which grants the authority to modify access for all members. By default, the Owner enjoys the most extensive set of rights, encompassing:

- Change user roles
- Manage groups
- Access billing
- Delete data (available only for Owners)
- See other user's profiles

The Owner has the capability to assign supplementary permissions to themselves, including "Moderator," "Rewards Fulfilment," and "Personal Unlimited Karma," enabling them to:

- Approve/decline karma requests
- Receive notifications regarding rewards
- Have an unlimited amount of karma to give

Admin

- Can change user roles
- Can manage groups
- Can see other user's profiles

User

Initially, users lack access to settings and roles. However, the Owner or Admin can delegate additional responsibilities such as:

- Moderation
- Personal Unlimited Karma
- Rewards Fulfilment
- Group Administration
- Billing Access

Additional permissions

- Approval/rejection of karma requests

Group Admin

- Creation and modification of groups

Rewards fulfilment

- Receiving emails about reward redemption and managing their fulfillment.

Billing access

- Access to the billing page

Personal unlimited karma

- Selected users will be able to give as many karma as they wish regardless of the limit.
