Do owners and moderators receive notifications of redeemed rewards?
Yes — when a reward is redeemed, owners and moderators are notified in two ways.
Slack DM from Karma
As soon as a user redeems a reward, Karma sends a direct message to all owners and moderators:@username has just purchased "🛏 Day off for 1₭", please review and mark when fulfilled.

Email notification (optional)
In Rewards settings there's an option called "Send users fulfillment notifications via email (if available)." When enabled, owners and moderators also receive an email:"Day off" has just been redeemed by @username, please check it out here.
What the redeemer sees
When a user redeems a reward using the /k rewards command, they receive a confirmation DM:You just purchased "🛏 Day off for 1₭". Admin will review and fulfill it shortly.

Once an owner or moderator marks the reward as fulfilled, the redeemer receives a final notification:Rad! "🛏 Day off" has just been fulfilled by @username.

One exception
If the person redeeming the reward is themselves an owner or moderator, they will not receive the redeem notification.
