We are collecting and storing:

Microsoft Team team administrator email for support purposes.
Karma requests information that includes organisation name, team name, users names.

We do not store your IP addresses.

We do not store any project or communication specific data except karma requests descriptions.

Information we collect automatically

Log files

Our privacy practices are designed to provide a high level of protection for your data.

When you use the Service, our servers automatically record certain information in server logs. These server logs include information such as your web request, browser type and settings, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, date and time stamp information and other such information. Log files help us to monitor, analyze, improve and maintain the Service and to diagnose and fix any Service-related issues.

Location information

We do not collect and process information about the location of the device from which you are accessing the Service.

Our Service uses Application Insights, a web analytics service provided by Microsoft, Inc. Application Insights uses "cookies", to help analyze how users use Service. We use commercially reasonable and industry-standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. For example, we continuously and regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery.

Children's privacy

Our Service is not directed to persons under 16 Product does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register for an account on the Service. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

Data required to enable linking between your accounts in Microsoft Teams and Karma bot product is transferred, collected and stored on Digital Ocean infrastructure.
Whenever we transfer this data, we take steps to protect it.
