My Karma seems really slow today, what could that be?

First of all, thank you for choosing Karma and apologies for the performance issues you are exoeriencing.

1. Check Karma Status page. It could be that Slack or MS Teams are down.
2. Please make sure you have reported an issue.
3. Try re-installing Karma (How to re-install Karma on Slack?). All your data and billing info will remain intact. It basically would mean re-connecting your Karma account to Slack environment.
