My Karma seems really slow today, what could that be?

First of all, thank you for choosing Karma and apologies for the performance issues you are experiencing.

1. Check Karma Status page. It could be that Slack or MS Teams are down.
2. Please make sure you have reported an issue.
3. Try reinstalling Karma. All your data and billing info will remain intact. It basically means reconnecting your Karma account to Slack environment.
