Karma via E-mail
A short answer is that such an integration it not possible at the moment.
In order for Karma to support this we'd need to build an email parser, which could be done through Zapier potentially (possibly, maybe), but that's not the main issue with such concept. When getting karma via emails from people who do not belong to an organisation we'd need to come up with a Superuser kind of abstraction that would appear on teams' leaderboards as top karma sender. Such a user would also participate in bonus sharing, dashboards, reports, etc. We would have to make an exceptional case for that. At the moment this seems like an unnecessary complication, unfortunately.
However, it's an interesting idea that we would address in 2023. Stay tuned!
