Microkarma
There are times when your team member says something funny, or maybe expresses an interesting idea and other get a whole bunch of emojis reactions for it. Wouldn't be nice to give him a small chunk of karma for it? And here is Microkarma option is coming. It allows you to approve a small amount of positive or negative karma for emoji reactions.
To take advantage of this feature you need to complete next 3 steps.
Go to Settings via Profile menu
Go to Global section
Select Microkarma checkbox and assign Microkarma score weight
You can select weight from 0.1, 0.01, and 0.001 variants.

Set the custom values and update the page.
