The Rewards page provides an intuitive platform for team members to redeem their earned points for a variety of rewards. From merchandise to gift cards and experiences, this page is your hub for rewarding achievements and recognizing contributions. This guide will walk you through how to navigate the Rewards page, redeem points, track your rewards, and contribute to collective rewards.

In this article, you will learn how to browse through available rewards, redeem them, check your points balance, and manage your reward requests efficiently.

Navigating the Rewards Page

To access the Rewards page, log in to your account, then navigate to the header where you'll find the Rewards tab. Clicking this will bring you to the Rewards page, where you can view the full catalog of available rewards, see your points balance, and manage your redemptions.

Viewing and redeeming rewards

The main part of the Rewards page displays a catalog of all available rewards, which are grouped into categories for easier navigation. Each reward displays the required number of points for redemption, along with details like a description and emoji.

Categories of rewards
The rewards are grouped into the following categories:
- Goods and Experiences: These rewards include items like a "Large Pizza" or "Movie Time," which may be either individual or collective contributions.
- Money and Gift Cards: Various gift cards, such as “Gift card Canada – 60 CAD,” are available, and can be redeemed for specific amounts.
- Company Merchandise: Branded items such as “I Love My Team” t-shirts and other company-specific merchandise are also listed.
- Charity: Use your points for charity donations, contributing to a cause of your choice.

Selecting a reward
Clicking on a reward card will open a modal with more detailed information. If you have enough points to redeem the reward, you can input any additional details (e.g., size for merchandise) and proceed to confirm your redemption.

Completing a redemption
Once you click on the Redeem button, your points balance will update, and the reward will appear in the My Rewards section. If the reward requires admin approval, it will be marked as Pending until approved.

My Rewards: Tracking your redemptions

Once you have redeemed a reward, you can track its status in the My Rewards section. This section displays all the rewards you’ve redeemed and their current status.

Viewing redeemed rewards
All rewards you have redeemed are listed here, along with their status:
- Pending: The reward has been redeemed but is awaiting fulfillment or approval.
- Fulfilled: The reward has been processed, and you will receive or have already received it.
- Canceled: If for any reason the reward could not be fulfilled, it will show as canceled.

Canceling a pending reward
If a reward is still pending, you can cancel your request by clicking on the Cancel request button. This will return your points to your balance, and the reward will be removed from your list.

Managing your points balance

In the right-hand panel, you can see your total available points and access your detailed Balance Sheet, where you can track all points earned and redeemed.

Checking your balance
The Points section shows your current points balance, which updates automatically with each contribution and redemption.

Balance Sheet
Clicking on the Balance sheet button opens a detailed log of all point transactions, including:
- Points earned: Shows how many points you earned and when.
- Points redeemed: Shows which rewards were redeemed and how many points were spent.

This feature is useful for tracking your points history and understanding your points activity over time.

Contributing to collective rewards

Some rewards allow multiple users to contribute points toward reaching a target goal. These are often high-value rewards that are shared by the team.

Viewing progress
Rewards that are set up for collective contributions will display a progress bar showing how close the team is to redeeming the reward.

Contributing points
You can contribute points toward a collective reward by selecting the reward, entering the amount of points you wish to contribute, and confirming. The system will update the progress bar with your contribution, and the list of contributors will also be updated.

Completion
Once the full points amount is reached, the reward can be fulfilled, and all contributors will be acknowledged.
