New features

• Five new product pages covering key Karma features 🌟

We've added five new pages that dig into the parts of Karma teams rely on most: Milestone automation, Anonymous feedback, Culture analytics, Peer-to-peer recognition, and Rewards & gift cards. Each page breaks down how the feature works and the impact it has on day-to-day team recognition.

Improvements

• Dark theme support for the Departments empty state 🌙

The empty-state placeholder shown when a team has no departments yet wasn't styled for dark theme, leaving it looking washed out. Now it blends properly with the rest of the interface in both light and dark themes.

• Cleaner billing page tab styling 💳

The billing page tabs were oversized and inactive tabs used the wrong text color. Tabs are now sized to match the rest of the interface, and inactive ones use the standard text color for better readability.

Bug fixes

• Schedule time timezone label no longer shows up empty 🕒

Timezones with parentheses in their names were showing up as an empty label in the schedule time picker. The full timezone name now displays correctly, no matter how it's formatted.

• Date picker controls now visible in dark theme 📅

The month/year selector and prev/next arrows in the date picker were nearly invisible on dark backgrounds. All controls now show up with proper contrast so you can move through months without squinting.
