Improvements

• Tidier spacing in the rewards store and balance modal 📐

Category headings on the Rewards page sat flush against the product cards below them, and the labels in the Balance adjustment modal were crowding their values. Both now have proper breathing room, making each section easier to read.

• Deleted users now show a proper avatar 👤

Team members who've been removed were showing up as an empty orange circle across the app. They now display a dedicated deleted-user avatar everywhere it matters: rewards, feed, profiles, the org chart, and the dashboard leaderboard.

Bug fixes

• Latest karma block now shows up on dashboards 📊

The Latest karma block wasn't rendering on dashboards even with Show latest points turned on in settings. It now displays correctly, and karma from birthdays and work anniversaries shows the department name as the sender, matching how the feed handles it.

• Balance sheet now shows the real transaction dates 📅

Every row in the profile's Balance sheet modal was showing today's date and time instead of when the transaction actually happened. Dates now reflect the real timestamps, so the history reads accurately.
