New features

• New 'Rewards access' option in roles 🎁

Admins can now control who can spend karma on rewards through the new 'Rewards access' option in role settings. It's on by default for everyone, but when turned off for a role, those team members get the "No rewards access" badge and the Redeem button on the Rewards page becomes inactive. If the Rewards section is disabled altogether, the option and badge are hidden.
