We've launched a new Templates section under Resources with eight ready-to-use templates for common team activities: One-on-one Meeting, Team Charter, Icebreaker, Meeting Agenda, Goal Setting, Johari Window, Newsletter, and Communications Plan. Every template comes with a dedicated page that walks through how to use it and how Karma fits into the flow.

Improvements

• Team profiles table now matches the leaderboard look 📋

The team profiles table has been unified with the leaderboard's design, so both share the same layout, spacing, and styling. Smaller consistency wins like this make the whole app feel more cohesive.

• Polished profile spacing and dropdown styling 👤

Spacing on the profile page has been tightened up, and the post value dropdown got a small styling refresh so it feels more in line with the rest of the interface.

• A tidier rewards store layout 🎁

The rewards store now shows four cards per row instead of a wider grid, and card borders have been thinned out for a lighter, cleaner look. Rewards are easier to scan without feeling boxed in.
