# My Karma seems really slow today, what could that be?

First of all, thank you for choosing Karma and apologies for the performance issues you are experiencing.

1. Check [Karma Status page](https://status.karmabot.chat). It could be that Slack or MS Teams are down.
2. Please make sure you have [reported an issue](https://help.karmabot.chat/en/). 
3. Try reinstalling Karma. All your data and billing info will remain intact. It basically means reconnecting your Karma account to Slack environment.
