# Karma Rewards MS Teams

Set up your own rewards and let your employees be even more engaged than ever. Regardless of a place on a leaderboard, the rewards can be enjoyed: movie tickets, gift cards and days off, you name it.

1. **Set the Rewards**

To set the Rewards head over to Settings tab > Rewards section

* Set the bonus period; 
* Set current bonus;
* Use reward templates or create a custom reward;
* Customise the reward.

2. **Rewards tab**

Once set, the rewards are available for the users from the Rewards tab

* Redeem the reward;
* Fulfill the reward;
* Check the history of rewards.
