# How to re-install Karma on Slack?

Sometimes it is helpful to re-install Karma on your Slack workspace. Here is how you can do that.

1. Find @Karma on your Slack and open direct messages;
2. At the top of that view you will find a tab that would look like this:

3. Click [Configuration](https://slack.com/apps/A22354MPX-karma?settings=1) button to see Karma's page on Slack marketplace:

4. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen. And click **Remove App** button to disconnect Karma app from your Slack workspace:

5. [Open Karma app store page](https://slack.com/apps/A22354MPX-karma) and **install it again**.

All your historical data and billing info will remain intact. Such a re-install basically would mean re-connecting your Karma account to Slack environment.
