# Improvements

* Weekly team email got a modern redesign 📧

The weekly team email has been reworked with a cleaner, more modern layout: a fresh header, rounded cards, a lighter background, and the Inter font throughout. On top of that, we've added two new blocks: Total Karma with a week-over-week delta (green when it's up, red when it's down), and Team Pulse with a score and label like Excellent, Good, Fair, or Low. Top Keywords is now a permanent block, displayed as clean tag-style pills.
