It walks through the most common slip-ups managers make when recognising their teams and shows how to turn praise into something that actually lands. # Improvements * History is now split into Invoices and Receipts ๐Ÿงพ What used to live in one billing tab is now separated into [Invoices](https://app.karmabot.chat/admin/billing/invoices) and [Receipts](https://app.karmabot.chat/admin/billing/receipts), making it easier to find the right document without extra clicks. * More control in Receipts ๐Ÿงพ The [Receipts](https://app.karmabot.chat/admin/billing/receipts) area now gives you a quicker way to work with billing records, with faster downloads and support for selecting several items at once for bulk actions like CSV export. * Receipts now match successful charges only โœ… The [Receipts](https://app.karmabot.chat/admin/billing/receipts) list no longer shows items for failed transactions, so what you see there now lines up with charges that actually went through.
